Gregory Mitchell (7)–whose former private sector life was spent in finance. The mayor’s appointee, Danielle DuMerer, was ultimately given the nod, and shed some light on upgrades coming to the city’s 311 system during Thursday’s Committee on Economic, Capital and Technology Development meeting.
