Gov. JB Pritzker on Tuesday ordered a review of every state group health insurance plan looking for any holes in compliance with HB 40, a law Pritzker’s predecessor former Gov. Bruce Rauner signed in 2017 that covered abortion for state employees. Meanwhile, House Republicans announced a constitutional amendment that would change the legislative redistricting process. One of those House Republicans has also filed a bill to further limit political fundraisers during legislative session.
