  • Ald. Sophia King (4) shared pics from a recent hiring event. “As alderman, I am committed to making sure that there is equitable access to construction opportunities.” She’s happy the Obama family is keeping their Kenwood home. 
  • Ald. Raymond Lopez (15) says he celebrated the Feast of the Three Kings celebration with more than 400 others.

  • City Treasurer Kurt Summers hosted a fundraiser for DNC Vice Chair hopeful Michael Blake last night. Blake is a New York State Assemblyman from the South Bronx, an alum from President Obama’s 2008 and 2012 campaigns, and former Deputy Associate Director for African-American state and local and elected officials and minority business outreach in the White House.
