James Cappleman (46) says he’s asked Superintendent Eddie Johnson to close the business where the shooting occurred, Iyanze, “until the Chicago Police, the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the community have a full understanding of what happened.” He says the business has been the subject of complaints before.
