In an attempt to protest the latest round of cuts to Chicago Public Schools and the stalled contract negotiations between the district and the teachers’ union, CTU is holding walk-in at about 300 schools this morning. According to this flyer, parents, teachers, paraprofessionals, and students will gather outside their respective schools to rally and picket to decry the district’s financial woes while supporting their schools.
